ULPU gymnastics rings offer a variety of options for building strength and coordination. Because of their instability, gymnastics rings are also an excellent choice for building mobility and balance.
Gymnastics rings are a wonderful training device, for example for bodyweight rowing, muscle ups and various abdominal exercises. They can also be used to challenge traditional bodyweight exercises like planks and lunges or to help with more challenging exercises like pistol squats.
Gymnastics rings offer a fun and dynamic form of exercise, which is why they are very popular with children. Playing with gymnastic rings improves children's strength and coordination and is fun.
We also offer kids size gymnastics rings (ULPU MINI) for our mini users so that they can also safely enjoy and play with the gymnastics rings. Despite their smaller size, they have the same user weight limit as the full size rings, making them safe to use for the whole family.
ULPU gymnastics rings are made from sustainably sourced birch plywood. The wooden surface provides the most comfortable and firm grip. The gymnastics rings are supplied with durable FitWood straps with which the gymnastics rings can be attached to the ceiling or, for example, to our AARNI wall bars. The recommended installation width for the gymnastics rings is approx. 50 centimeters.
The dimensions of the ULPU gymnastics rings correspond to the official standards for gymnastics rings. More detailed dimensions can be found under “Dimensions”.
The straps have two different color variants that you can choose from:
• white with beige FitWood logo
• black with white FitWood logo
ULPU Gymnastics rings are designed and manufactured in Finland. They are designed to support an active lifestyle without compromising design or sustainable values.
Before each use, please make sure the gymnastics rings are installed correctly and the straps are securely fastened. Check the straps regularly for damage. Small children should only use the gymnastics rings under adult supervision.

ULPU gymnastics rings are guaranteed for two years (one year for semi-commercial and commercial use). We also do our best to provide replacement parts even after the warranty expires.
