Prior to shipping, each item undergoes thorough inspection, ensuring that it is in pristine condition. We take great pride in presenting our products beautifully, with attention to detail, so that our customers receive nothing less than the best. Sustainability lies at the core of our principles, as elaborated in our story page.

In our efforts to minimize environmental impact, we use recyclable packaging materials and we remove plastic wrap and packing for you. Moreover, we strive to reuse second-hand boxes whenever feasible. Our dedication to reducing plastic usage is evident, as we opt for paper, fabric cotton bags, and cardboard whenever possible. By joining us in recycling and embracing the concept of second life, you play a vital role in promoting sustainability.

Additionally, to guarantee FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING and to absorb shipping expenses on your behalf, we occasionally need to remove original packaging to secure the lowest shipping rates. In certain instances, the original packaging may still accompany your order but in a disassembled state, allowing for reassembly if necessary. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it enables us to offer you the lowest item prices with no shipping costs, as we cover your shipping expenses.

Shipping Locations & Rates

We are delighted to provide complimentary standard shipping on all orders, regardless of the destination, worldwide.

There is no minimum order requirement to avail of this offer. However, it is important to note that certain items may actually incur additional shipping charges, if they are bulkier in size. Please refer to the product specification field for each individual item to obtain this information.
Unless otherwise specified, all other items are shipped free of charge.

Order Processing Time & Pre-Orders

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed, unless otherwise specified.

Please be aware that certain orders and items available for pre-orders may require additional processing time for shipping and delivery, depending on our partners.

Please also know that unfortunately our pre-orders are subject to availability check by our business partners, as they sometimes sell out quickly before I even get a chance to update them on my website, and could be out of stock at the time when are being ordered.

Unfortunately cases like this do happen, but in such cases, I will immediately get back to you about your order and we will find a solution together. Please always get in touch with me if you have any further questions or concerns.

Unless otherwise stated, all other products are available for immediate shipment. However, please keep in mind that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping typically takes 2-8 business days to arrive after the order has been processed, domestically.

For any other country shipping time is between 3-14 business days.

 

Delivery

We use reputable carriers such as DHL, Hermes, DPD, UPS and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. 

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other issues, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and resend the package at your expense.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery at the latest, to arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

Tax and Duties

Please note that the prices displayed on our website do not include taxes and duties that may be applicable to your order. The recipient of the order is responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees that may be levied by their country or state.
